🔍 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
🔎 Guest Discovery & Vetting

Seek out real people telling real stories—healers, survivors, change​‑makers—who own their journey

Deliver persuasive guest pitches to producers, including story angle, social relevance, logistics

Engage with approved guests before and after, offering emotional and logistical support

🚘 Guest Care & Logistics

Handle round​‑trip transportation and be on​-site to support guests during recordings

Ensure guests feel calm, prepared, and centered—every step of the way

Uphold strict privacy measures so that the host and audience meet the story at the mic or camera

🤝 Production Liaison

Partner with the Producer to align guest experience with show tone, brand goals, and budget

Facilitate scheduling, communication, and coordination leading up to recording day

Manage any on​-the​-fly updates regarding guest availability or requirements

🌱 Guest Community Management

Nurture ongoing relationships with past guests through private groups, newsletters, invites

Cultivate a loyal guest community that believes in the work—not just exposure

💰 COMPENSATION & BONUS MODEL

Biweekly pay + commission—straight into your account twice weekly

Bonuses tied to the social currency and impact potential of the guests you bring in

Compensation: Weekly base + commissions + bonuses
