North American Talent Pool

About This Role:

We’re seeking a steady, intuitive, and solution-driven Human Resources & Operations Manager who can blend heart with hard skills. You’ll be the backbone of our hiring and organizational structure—managing the people and systems that make our projects flow.

This role is project-based with the possibility to expand into a long-term leadership position. It’s near full-time, and best suited for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and building processes from scratch. If you’re aligned with spiritually conscious content and motivated by the challenge of creating safe, functional, and transformative spaces for both team and talent, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities:

Interview and vet candidates for Production Assistants and Guest Scouts before final approval.

Review social media presence and public records to ensure hires are aligned, competent, and free from conflicts of interest.

Serve as the approval filter for potential podcast guests brought in by scouts, ensuring authenticity and willingness before they reach the executive producer.

Oversee and manage staff (assistants and scouts will report to you).

Schedule team members for projects and maintain clear communication channels.

Ensure payroll accuracy by collecting/approving hours and reporting them for payment.

Draft, distribute, and enforce NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and compliance protocols for all hires and participants.

Build and maintain systems using Google Workspace, Wix, and Excel, while identifying new tools when needed.

Track performance and reliability of staff, ensuring only the strongest contributors stay on board.

Qualifications & Vibe Check:

Strong background in team building, recruitment, and operations (industry-specific experience not required).

Comfortable with both business structure and human-centered communication.

Skilled in Google Workspace, Excel, Wix and confident in setting up new systems.

Keen eye for detail when reviewing social media/public records for red flags.

Excellent communication skills, capable of leading with firmness and empathy.

Able to hold confidentiality as sacred and non-negotiable.

Flexible enough to work remotely but reliable enough to feel present and accessible.

Bonus Points if you:

Have experience in HR or operations for creative, media, or spiritually oriented projects.

Understand confidentiality not just as a legal need, but as an energetic boundary.

Can build scalable systems that keep both the creative flow and the business side in sync.

Thrive in environments where real emotions, healing, and transformation are part of the process.
